I had a real good experience here, everything was great, the location was marvellous near to Beijing with high speed train as well as a good restaurant at level 4 name Grandma's Restaurant. The staff members were dedicated and efficient. The breakfast was incredible as expected.

The hotel is nicely appointed close to the nearest subway, making it convenient for transportation. the location is amazing, with a shopping mall behind the building and restaurants nearby. - I enjoyed a delicious supper at Han'nashan Korean BBQ located close to the property. - the lounge bar offers executive ambiance and serves some tasty food.

The staff at the hotel were very helpful and attentive. The hotel has a number of resturant and the food they offer is fresh and tasty. There is also a shopping centre near the hotel where you have access to a small supermarket and costa coffee.

Convenient spot to see the sights. Best pick for work trips with a top-notch crew. Good spot, close enough to walk to all the hotspots. 🌟

The rooms were spacious and well designed. The hotel lobby makes you feel you are in a 5 star hotel. 10 minute drive to exhibition center. Parkson department store and a supermarket next door makes it convenient. Concierge is good.

1. They don't replenish the fruit basket which is ok but at least remove the plate because the fruit was already not edible. 2. Three days they did not replenish the items I used from the mini bar which is not acceptable. 3. The Spa is very expensive and located in a strange part of the building and seems like it is not even part of the hotel. 4. Staff need to work on their English more as it is a process to communicate with some of them.

I recently stayed at Crowne Plaza in Beijing for a week for a business trip. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room itself was spacious and clean, with a beautiful view of the city. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to the airport, subway, and a large mall just a few steps away. The convenience of having a grocery store nearby was a huge plus. The comfortable bed and English-speaking staff made my stay even better.
